WHAT MAKES YOUR WORK UNIQUE? The quality of the ingredients, signature dishes, local produce, and a superb service. Flexibility is key, working based on a “no stress” environment since day one of planning through the perfect wedding day.
WHAT STYLE OF DINING DO YOU THINK WORKS BEST FOR WEDDINGS OR LARGE EVENTS? The “fun dining!”. This term is something that we’ve been using since day one, where the focus is on fresh, really tasty and seasonal food. I’d personally recommend always start with few canapés (Te Matuku Bay Oysters a must to include), and then move to a shared menu (Ottolenghi’s style). Or just keep the food rolling with a 16-20 course canapé style menu. This way of serving a lot of smaller dishes has impressed many and allows to celebrate and enjoy a proper party.
