Planning and Coordination Package
For couples who want to take care of the styling themsleves, but have The Island Collection do all the planning work in the lead-up, then ensuring everything runs smoothly on the day. Using our local knowledge, we will help you find the best suppliers – from a celebrant to cake supplier. Island Collection has access to the best suppliers of linens, table decor and enhancements. We’ll construct a detailed timeline of your wedding day; liaise with your suppliers; attend your wedding rehearsal and be there for you, your family, the bridal party and all suppliers on the day, from early set-up until the dance floor is well underway. We can even take care of playing your ceremony music. Be assured of our ongoing support (phone, email, Zoom) in the lead-up.
Styling and Design Package
Bring us your dream in words, images, themes and ideas. We’ll come up with a client-centred design concept that reflects your style and personality as a couple. With the ceremony and reception venues in mind, we’ll take care of the details and the special flourishes that are the hallmarks of a wonderful wedding day. From the all-important flowers and beautiful tableware, to carefully-planned venue layout and furniture, we’ll bring our local knowledge as well as skilled, hand-picked talent into the picture. This package includes designing the look for your wedding, sourcing, booking everything that is required, setting it all up beautifully on the day and taking care of the pack-down.
The Full Package
For couples who want their wedding process to be stress-free and enjoyable. Let us take care of all the above, from designing the style, executing the look, full planning and running your special day for you. This includes close scrutiny of the all-important details like food and beverage service on the day; supplier management; full coordination of ceremony
